Viña Torrealba Raices de Chile Reserva Special Blend
Raices De Chile Reserva Special Blend results from the conjunction of four Bordeaux varieties Carménère, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc from Central Valley characterized by its temperate Mediterranean climate with very marked seasons. It is one of only five places where essential conditions are found for the optimal development of these grapes. Its alluvial soils of mixed gravel with a silt matrix and volcanic origin are configured to achieve a terroir unique in the world.
This wine is made with grapes from the Central Valley, which is managed to obtain a balanced and high-quality production. They are harvested in May, and the fermentation is in stainless steel tanks for 2 -3 weeks. Upon completing the malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in selected oak barrels for 12 months to achieve greater complexity.
