The Macnish 1863 Single Malt Scotch Whisky
In continuous production since its birth in 1863, is one of the oldest single scotches still in the market today. It was the brainchild of Glasgow merchant, Robert MacNish, who had a vision to create a lighter, smoother scotch whisky compared to the harsher whiskies of the day.
Nose: Young, feral and lively combing lavender and heather.
Palate: Vanilla fudge, floral and fresh summer fruits.
Finish: Excitingly rich with a lingering mellowness.
