DESCRIPTION

This Domaine, located in the South of Burgundy was created more than 300 years ago in Chénas (Beaujolais).

Family-owned since the beginning, the Domaine is now managed by Philippe Bardet, originally from Beaujolais and a great connoisseur of Burgundy under the supervision of Xavier Barbet, 8th generation of Loron who still owns the estates

Maison Jean Loron is cultivating more than 135ha of vineyards over 15 appellations throughout Maconnais and Beaujolais.

TASTING NOTE

Displaying a ruby red colour with purple hues, this Brouilly is full of charm. The nose shows intense notes of cassis, blackberries and ripe cherries. Well balanced and round, the mouth is silky with a refreshing acidity. Similar notes of dark fruits show on the 8palate with a rich and plummy final.
