DESCRIPTION
Jacob’s Creek is rooted in 170 years of winemaking tradition, which began when Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob’s Creek in 1847. In doing so, Johann founded the Gramp & Sons winery and began a history of winemaking innovation that continues today.
To produce the Cool Harvest Series, the grapes must be harvested in the cool of the night for a fresh, crisp taste. This creates a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity for the wine.
TASTING NOTE
A vibrant nose, laden with tropical fruit, passion fruit and guava with a touch of asparagus. A fresh and lively palate, with soft tropical fruits and refreshing acidity.
