DESCRIPTION
Blue Fish wines are made in Niederkirchen, called Die Weinmacher (The Winemakers).
Close to 200 families take care of the vineyards that supply the grapes for the wines. They are members of the cooperative that gave birth to Blue Fish.
The growing area, called Mittelhaardt, is the northern district of Pfalz (Palatinate), the largest single Riesling growing appellation world wide.
TASTING NOTE
Colour: Soft gold with green reflections.
Savour: Seductive perfume of fresh nectarines, apricots, peaches and ripe pineapples.
Taste: Sweet – It seduces the palate with a fruity yet elegant sweetness. Full-bodied and smooth it has a refreshing finish.
