Blue Fish Pinot Grigio 2021

DESCRIPTION
Blue Fish wines are made in Niederkirchen, called Die Weinmacher (The Winemakers).

Close to 200 families take care of the vineyards that supply the grapes for the wines. They are members of the cooperative that gave birth to Blue Fish. 

The growing area, called Mittelhaardt, is the northern district of Pfalz (Palatinate), the largest single Riesling growing appellation world wide.

TASTING NOTE
Colour: Pale gold with green nuances.
Savour: Fine, seductive fragrance of fresh green apples, grapefruit, ripe peaches and mountain flowers.
Taste: Dry and opulent with a delightful hint of almonds and a round smoothness. Stylish, vibrant with a fresh, long, very elegant finish.

This elegant Pinot Grigio seduces with aromas of green apples mingled with delicate floral notes.
