中野BC 龍神往来 紅梅梅酒
Nanko-ume plums are lovingly picked at our contracted farmer, Yamamoto Farm. The plums are carefully pickled at Nakano BC and the result is a plum wine with a rich and satisfying aroma and taste. Yamamoto family's plums are nurtured with deep love like a family Minabe-cho, Wakayama Prefecture. Mr. Yuzuru was born to the Yamamoto family, Yasumasa and his wife. While watching his father's back, he longed for his father and wanted to surpass him. So he decided to take over the family business. With a passion for plums and a desire to produce better plums than my father, I spent my days asking around to various research institutes and helping the young people around me through trial and error. The group "Heartland", which was set up by himself, sells ume dried plums directly from the producers to department stores with their photos.
From Wakayama The "Ryujin Orai", a road to deliver products made with care In the Edo period (1603-1868), this was the name of a route in the mountains from Wakayama to Edo and Osaka to deliver local specialties. This time, Mr. Yuzuru Yamamoto, a plum farmer in Wakayama, has developed a new plum wine called "Ryujin Orai", which is made from 100% Nanko plums grown with less agricultural chemicals.
