DESCRIPTION
Château laubès is situated in the commune of Escoussans which is in the Entre-Deux-Mers winegrowing region, close to the commune of Cadillac. It is a beautiful property which extends over an area of 38 hectares.
A beautiful traditional girondine house bears witness to the rich historic heritage of the region. Located on south/south-west facing hillsides and facing the Garonne riverbed, the 38-hectare vineyard benefits from a privileged position which gives maximum exposure to sunlight. Spread over 4 communes the difference in the terroirs gives the wine a great personality.
TASTING NOTE
This wine shows a bright ruby robe with fuschia tints. The nose is complex with flowery, spicy and fruity aromas of red fruits with notes of violet and moka. The wine is ample, well-balanced and persistant with notes of cherry jam and chocolate.
