DESCRIPTION
The Sagrada Familia valley, located in the Maule region, has a temperate Mediterranean climate with very marked seasons. This wine is blended with classic Bordeaux varieties, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, along with Carmenere and Merlot. This valley is one of only five places where essential conditions are found for the optimal development of these grapes. Its alluvial soils of mixed gravel with a silt matrix and volcanic origin are configured to achieve a terroir unique in the world.

The grapes are harvested in April, with balanced and high-quality production, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 2 -3 weeks. Upon completion of the malolactic process, the wine is aged in selected oak barrels for 12 months to achieve greater complexity.

TASTING NOTE
Colour:
Vibrant medium ruby red.
Aroma: Notes of vanilla from oak ageing, an array of ripe red and black bramble fruit, cherry, plum, sweet spice, mint, chocolate and green bell pepper.
Palate: The well-integrated medium acidity and fine-grained silky tannins lend the wine a structured, medium to long finish.
Gastronomy: It is the perfect companion to red meats, game meats, and cheeses.
