DESCRIPTION
Yunnan Red, established in 1997, is a pioneer in the Chinese wine market. It brings you the best of Yunnan, and spread the delight of enjoying wine. The winery in Yunnan is at an altitude of 1,480 meters surrounded by over 1,200 hectares of beautiful, local vineyards. The winery is vertically integrated from vineyard cultivation to fermentation to bottling and sales. Yunnan Red carries on a history of wine making in the region tracing back over 200 years.

TASTING NOTE
Made for simple, anytime drinking, this wine has delightful characteristics of cherry and mulberry with undertones of honey and rose. Medium acidity, soft tannins and a clean finish. Come taste a drop of the Yunnan sunshine!
Manual harvest into 16kg baskets. Hand-selected clusters. Flesh is removed before fermentation. Fermentation at 24-26°C in stainless steel tanks. Estate bottled.
