The finest crus of Champagne, including 10 Grands Crus and 22 Premiers Crus, producing the three classic champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. These outstanding origins give Jacquart a classification level of over 90% on the scale of crus.
The Jacquart cuvées are the fruit of a mosaic of plots representing a total of 350 hectares. Their blend is guided by the Cellar Master’s in-depth knowledge of the right terroirs and result in an elegant style that is synonymous with Jacquart.
The vineyards include more than 60 crus on the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Marne Valley and Côte des Bar. They enjoy the lavish attention of all Jacquart’s vine-growing partners.
TASTING NOTE
The « Brut Mosaïque in pink » has all the hallmark Chardonnay finesse (35%- 40%), rounded out by the ripeness of the Pinot Meunier (25%-30%) and the structure of the Pinot Noir, of which 15%-18% is vinified as red wine.
The addition of Pinot Noir red wine to the blend (15% to 18%) and a light dosage (10g/l) result in a very complete, balanced champagne. Without a doubt, this is a real moment of elegance and lusciousness offered to your palate.
Look: Delicate bubbles wrapped in intense salmon pink.
Nose: Red berry-fruit aromas (ripe redcurrants, cherries, wild strawberries) give way to notes of plum.
Palate: Fresh and full. Fine finish with surprising notes of peach and apricot.
