DESCRIPTION
The Sagrada Familia valley, located in the Maule region, has a temperate Mediterranean climate with very marked seasons. This wine is blended with classic Bordeaux varieties, mainly Merlot, along with Carménère and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is one of only five places where essential conditions are found for the optimal development of these grapes. Its alluvial soils of mixed gravel with a silt matrix and volcanic origin are configured to achieve a terroir unique in the world.
The grapes are harvested in March, with balanced and high-quality production, and the fermentation is in stainless steel tanks for 2 -3 weeks. Upon completion of the malolactic process, the wine is aged in selected oak barrels for 8-9 months to achieve greater complexity.
TASTING NOTE
