Maison Chandesais Bourgogne Aligoté ‘Chandrelle’ 2017
Founded in 1933 by Emile Chandesais, it is in the purest tradition of the great houses of Burgundy. Based in Fontaines, on the Côte Chalonnaise, our house is very attached to the respect and the expression of the Terroir Bourguignon.
Emile handed the reigns over to the celebrated Maison Michel Picard in 1993 to ensure that the wines continue to be produced with Emile's style and that are one of the finest examples of the region.
A pale yellow colour, the Burgundy Aligoté reveals a very aromatic nose of fresh almonds and quince. This balanced and straight wine has a lovely mineral taste on the finish.
