Domaine Lignier-Michelot is located at Morey-Saint-Denis, on the road of the great wines of Burgundy, This typical Burgundy estate produces "haute couture" wines: small plot, small yields, great wines.
The estate operates 10 hectares of vines in total, producing wines with great finesse, purity and linearity.
TASTING NOTE
This is a brilliant marriage of heady mature fruit (80% whole-bunch) and a graphite-led, cool structure. The bouquet is rich but controlled, the palate complex and special. Really fine this year.
