DESCRIPTION
Coopers Creek Vineyard offers outstanding wines from New Zealand's best regions: your favourite styles as well as adventurous new international varieties. The Classic range offers wines that are inviting, fruit-forward, delicious and very drinkable.

As always, with this wine, we are attempting to capture the ‘essence of Marlborough’. We have selected various parcels of fruit to craft this wine, from the different sub-regions that make up the world’s favourite growing area for the variety.

Each site adds a different aspect to the finished product, thus allowing us to give you an overview of what this wonderful region can achieve with Sauvignon Blanc.

TASTING NOTE
Pale Straw with glints of green, the aroma reveals vibrant tropical and citrus fruit, with hints of passionfruit, feijoa and fresh fig. Subtle herbal and wet stone notes add complexity without dominating the bright fruit character. Lovely balance between lively acidity, expressive fruit, and delicate texture gives the wine harmony and freshness. Light to medium body with a clean, precise mouthfeel and a vibrant, poised finish.

This 2025 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is ready to enjoy on release or over the next three years. A lively and expressive wine, it captures the purity, energy and elegance that define Marlborough’s signature style.
