DESCRIPTION
Yunnan Red, established in 1997, is a pioneer in the Chinese wine market. It brings you the best of Yunnan, and spread the delight of enjoying wine. The winery in Yunnan is at an altitude of 1,480 meters surrounded by over 1,200 hectares of beautiful, local vineyards. The winery is vertically integrated from vineyard cultivation to fermentation to bottling and sales. Yunnan Red carries on a history of wine making in the region tracing back over 200 years.

雲南紅酒莊成立於1997年，是中國葡萄酒市場的先驅者。酒莊位於海拔1,480米的雲南，周圍有超過1,200公頃美麗的當地葡萄園。雲南紅延續了當地200多年的釀酒歷史，帶來最好的雲南產品，傳遞享受美酒的喜悅。

TASTING NOTE
Simply said, you won’t be able to get enough of the wonderful bouquet of florals, honey, lychee, tangerine and pineapple of this wine. On the palate it is crisp with hints of lemon rind dry and refreshing with a clean finish. Best served chilled, and with friends.

Manual harvest into 16kg baskets. Hand-selected clusters. Fermentation at 18-20°C in stainless steel tanks. Estate bottled.
