DESCRIPTION
Novecento Raices represents the point of balance between our history and our future. These vineyards are 30 years old in average.
They have a VSP - vertical shooting position - training system with flooding by ditch irrigation with melting waters from the Andes.
The vineyards are located at 930m above sea level where they enjoy a high sun exposure, typical of this wine region.
TASTING NOTE
Colour: Bright with green hues.
Nose: Evident Citrus with white flowery hints such as orange blossom.
Palate: Fresh with mineral touches. Balanced with unctuous finish.
