In the mouth, a very fresh, young, juicy and citric palate with a friendly acidity and a long finish. On the nose, fresh and fruity, with notes of citrus, pineapple, white peaches and grapefruit, accompanied by hints of fresh herbs and currants.
Ideal to accompany with sashimi, fish or seafood, also with salads or appetizers.
