Château Léoville Las Cases 2004
It is a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, and 11% Cabernet Franc. Drink now - 2035.
This 2004 vintage is attractive, tightly wound blackberry, briary, sandalwood and undergrowth notes. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannin, masculine as usual with Las Cases. Being Las Cases, perhaps it just needs longer time in bottle?
