Fettercairn 16 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
The founder, Alexander Ramsay was one of the Scottish landowners who campaigned to license Scotch Whisky distillation. In 1824, he was one of the first to apply for a license, and the Fettercairn distillery was opened.
Each release of Fettercairn single malt whisky showcases a maturation journey that enhances the tropical distillery character derived from our unique copper cooling ring distillation process.
This 16 Years Old is aged in American White Oak ex-bourbon casks, before being enhanced in select Sherry and Port casks.
Colour: Amber honey with soft harvest highlights.
Taste: Vanilla and ginger, with sun-kissed raisins.
