中野BC 櫻花梅酒 Nakano BC Sakura Blossom Umeshu
In fact, "blossom" was co-developed with Nakano BC by a group of female university students in Wakayama, who wanted to give it to women who would blossom in the future. We wanted a plum wine that is cute and easy to drink! It was a first challenge for us to see how far we could go to give shape to the suggestions of female university students. We wanted to make a plum wine that is easy to drink, even for those who don't usually drink alcohol, with a low alcohol content (10 degrees). We also tried to find the perfect balance between the syrup extracted from the cherry blossoms and the authentic plum wine made by the brewery, so as not to spoil its appearance. After much trial and error, our plum wine brewer has arrived at the perfect balance. It is a product that has been perfected with the approval of female students.
